Open Transcript Version

While working with a transcript, a videographer decides she wants to see what the transcript looked like before she started making changes.

Whenever a change is made to a transcript, SYNC saves the previous version of the transcript before the changes were applied. The videographer can open these versions at any time while saving the progress she has already made.

With the transcript open in viewer, she follows the steps below:

1. Select a transcript version from the Versions tab in the Tools panel.



The videographer selects the version of the transcript she wants to view.

2. Click the View button.

The videographer clicks View.



A new window appears with the transcript version inside.

When she is finished, she clicks Close.
